All in one breakfast pan – everything you’ll need
Tired of reaching for every cooking pot in the house? That’s a thing of the past thanks to our useful hack. Now you can fry up every ingredient in just one large pan. Just make sure you choose one big enough!
It should take less than 20 minutes to cook to perfection too.
Ingredients-wise, you will need:
- 30g Anchor butter – Anchor spreadable will also work well for this recipe. It contains real Anchor butter so is still max on flavour!
- 2 eggs
- 2 sausages
- 2 rashers of bacon
- 1 large flat mushroom
- 1/3 tin of chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 tin of beans
- Toast for buttering, dunking and mopping!
- Chilli flakes (for the brave)
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make a full English breakfast in one pan
- Start off by warming up your pan with a dollop of Anchor butter or spreadable to create a creamy, gooey base. Then carefully pop in your bangers and sizzle them for eight minutes over a medium-high heat. Make sure you give the pan a good shimmy every now and then to prevent the sausages from sticking.
- Next, add in your rashers and cook them for five minutes, or until they’re satisfyingly crisp. Once they’re nearly cooked, place your large, flat mushroom into the pan. You’ll then need to pour in your chopped-toms and baked beans, with as many chilli flakes as you like (or can handle!) Once it’s all in, cover your pan with a lid and let your all in one breakfast pan simmer on a medium heat for five minutes.
- Once it’s all thickened together, hollow out two spaces to crack your eggs into. Cover it back up to let the eggs cook and after five minutes or so your yolks will be runny and ready for dunking!
- Slot a couple of slices of bread into the toaster and smother with a mound of creamy butter once they’re done. Ideal for mopping up the earthy flavours of your full English breakfast.
- Once everything’s cooked, add a sprinkling of salt and pepper to the feast, and there you have it – bish, bash, bosh. You’ve made yourself a one pan breakfast!
Serve with a steaming hot cup of tea and you’re ready to start your day in style.
